By law, the buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will find a detailed description of all the requisites in our terms and conditions. The goods must be in the original packaging and in such a condition that they are capable of resale. If you are not sure whether you can return the goods, contact us and we will advise you. After receiving and checking the condition of the goods, we will pay the amount you paid to your bank account, or you can use it as a credit for further purchases – depending on the common agreement.

Complaints

Most of our goods are covered by a 24 month warranty. The requirements are again regulated by our business conditions and we rely on a sample solution of complaints – we handle all justified complaints in the shortest possible time and without problems.

  2. Attach the order number and description of the complaint to the goods so that we know who the goods are from and what error / s to look for.

Damage to the shipment during transport

Very exceptionally, it may happen that the carrier damages the shipment, or the shipment arrives incomplete. We will solve any problem with the carrier and, in justified cases, we will compensate the damage. However, it is always necessary for you to inform us of damage to the shipment within 24 hours of receipt! Please contact us in this case to info@biogrowshop.sk and attach photos of damaged goods.
